Terms and Conditions
Production of Order
- All designs are covered by copyright by Invitations4all. It is a copyright infringement to copy in full or in part any design.
- Invitations4all will not be held responsible for any copyright permission required for any hymns used in the Order or Service. You must ensure that permission has been obtained.
- As each item is individually handcrafted, slight variations may occur between items.
- All orders are subject to stock availability. If we experience any difficulty with the supply of necessary materials, then similar materials of the equivalent quality will be suggested.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that proofs are accurate and that you are happy with the overall design. Any amendments should be marked clearly on each item, signed and dated.
- Please be aware that any amendment made after the final proofs have been approved, may incur extra costs.
- Cancellation of an order must be made in writing, and any completed work at that stage will need to be paid for.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, any price increase will not affect any confirmed order.
- Written and e-mailed price quotes are valid for three months - you must place/reserve your order and pay your deposit during this period in order to guarantee the price quoted.
- We have the right to extend completion/delivery times if queries arise or alterations are made to orders at short notice.
- All stationery will bear my name and website address on the reverse.
Delivery
- Deliveries are made by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (you will be required to sign for the package). A charge of £15.00 will be made for delivery. If your total order value is over £500 then delivery is free.
- Deliveries made to addresses outside the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland will incur additional delivery charges.
- We go to great lengths to ensure your order is securely packaged and leaves us in perfect condition, therefore we can not be held responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit by our carrier.
- Items such as Order of Service and Menu are not usually completed until details are finalised nearer the wedding date and are usually sent to you separately from the remaining order. In this instance an additional postage charge may become payable.
- Orders are despatched within 4-6 weeks from receipt of final payment.
- Please contact us if you require an urgent order, and you will be advised immediately if we can meet your deadline.
- We can not be held responsible for any loss incurred due to late delivery for reasons outside our control (postal strike/illness/weather conditions etc)
Payment
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due when an order is placed.
- The balancing payment will become due upon return of the approved proofs and before final delivery of the goods.
- The order cannot be dispatched until full payment has been received.
- We accept postal orders or personal cheques made payable to Invitations4all.
