Is there a minimum order?
We have no minimum order.

When do I need to send out my invitations?
Three months before the wedding day is probably sufficient. This will allow plenty of time for your guests to reply and you to confirm numbers with your reception venue, caterer’s etc.

I have seen a design I like, but can I have it in my own wedding colours?
Yes, that’s the beauty of handcrafted wedding stationery, as your wedding colours can be incorporated into your chosen design.

Are envelopes and printed inserts included in the price?
Yes

I am not sure about the wording for my Order of Service but want to place an order? What do I do?
Simply send in your order with the wording you require as soon as you have it finalised.

I want to order place cards and order of service but will not know how many until I have received replies to my invitations.
We are happy to wait until you have confirmed numbers, so you do not have to order more than you need. A provisional order should be placed along with your invites and included in your deposit. At this stage you can estimate the number of guests - any overpayment/underpayment can be settled once you know definate numbers.

What if I need some extra invitations at the last minute when I have already received my order?
If there are no alterations to the final approved proof, that’s fine. Payment should be sent along with the number you require and we will dispatch them as soon as possible.
